The methods of electric welding of phosphor bronze rods include gas cutting, manual carbon argon arc welding, manual arc welding and manual argon arc welding machines, etc., as follows:
Phosphor bronze rod
(1) Gas cutting electric welding of phosphor bronze rods:
Phosphor bronze rods are commonly used for butt welds, and steel lap joints and T-shaped connectors are avoided as much as possible. Two kinds of welding wires can be used for oxygen cutting, one is welding wire containing deamination elements, such as wire 201.202; the other is general phosphor bronze rod wire and original material cutting strip, using gas agent 301 as auxiliary solution, gas cutting phosphor bronze Neutral flame should be used when sticking.

(2) Manual arc welding of phosphor bronze rods:
When the thickness of the weldment exceeds 4mm, it must be heated before welding, and the heating temperature is generally around 400-500 °C. For electric welding with copper 107 electrode, the switching power supply should be reversed by direct current. When welding, a short arc should be used, and the electrode should not be shaken sideways. The reciprocating uniform linear motion of the electrode can improve the welding formation. For long welding, the welding process should be slowly withdrawn, and the welding speed of electric welding should be as fast as possible.
When welding two layers, be sure to solve the coal ash in the solid layer. Electric welding should be carried out in a place with good ventilation to prevent copper poisoning. After welding, use a small flat-head hammer to strike the welding to clear the ground stress and improve the welding quality.
(3) Manual argon arc welding machine for phosphor bronze rods:
When the phosphor bronze rod is manually made into the argon arc welding machine, the welding wires used are wire 201 (specially made of phosphor bronze rod welding wire) and wire 202, and copper plate wire, such as T2, is also used.
